The amount of humanitarian work provided via the company's distribution centers was defi nitely impressive. Although they support United Way and other such organizations, they remain fl exible enough so that they can respond to the specifi c needs of the various communities they represent. Secondly, we possess a spirit of customer valued innovation, and thirdly, we follow a plan for growth and continuous improvement." Throughout my visit, the men stressed the vital importance of their dealers being successful, and that dealers are indeed their source for product distribution. "We aren't going the Big Box Store route," stated Scott Wilson. As we concluded the interview, Steve stated, "We are grateful to our customers for their support and loyalty allowing us to remain a success in the industry since 1946. We look forward to the opportunity to serve our customers for the next 66 years!" Being a family-owned business, the group stressed the point that having the ability to make a decision quickly is a signifi cant benefi t to their dealers.
