All the technicians gathered for breakfast at the neighborhood café before beginning their "SuperTech Day". Upon returning to the shop to start their day, each installer was presented with a gift bag and a new cooler full of snacks and drinks to enjoy on the job. Inside each gift bag was a gift card for a local restaurant, a set of vice-grips and a personalized knife with their names and the Vinyard Doors logo printed on it. They also received a 4th of July t-shirt. Management expressed appreciation for the great job the technicians do every day. The traditional group photo was taken of our amazing installers standing in front of the banner made for "SuperTech" Day. Their team of installation and service technicians sent in selfie pics of themselves on the job and the office staff voted for their favorites. The winners of the selfie contest were announced during a SuperTech breakfast celebration where the team enjoyed some good food, prizes and lots of laughs. The staff also printed custom SuperTech Day shirts for the technicians, with the help of LiftMaster. Continued from page 57 58 International Door & Operator Industry™
