Account Administrator Andrew Brackbill In his position with IDA, Brackbill provides staff support to the association and its members. Prior to working with IDA, Brackbill focused on grant writing for non-profit organizations, specifically dedicated to higher-education reform. He also served as a program officer at a charitable foundation, where he helped to develop grants. A graduate of Grove City College, Brackbill earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in English. Exhibit and Advertising Sales Manager Michael Greskiewicz In his position with IDA, Greskiewicz is spearheads the team responsible for developing integrated sponsorship and advertising programs that leverage the inherent value of client programs – specifically in selling exhibit space and sponsorship participation at IDAExpo ® and events. His responsibilities also include account management, negotiations, and strategic planning for national and international accounts. Greskiewicz specializes in building partnerships with public and private organizational stakeholders, finding new revenue streams and building on existing programs. Prior to joining IDA, he was the associate publisher of Food & Beverage Packaging, Brand Packaging, and Flexible Packaging magazines. He has also worked in publication printing sales for national and international printing companies such as R.R. Donnelly, Ringer and Editors Press. Marketing Communications Manager LeAnne Munoz As the marketing communications manager for IDA, Munoz provides strategic implementation and oversight of internal and external communications, including newsletters, meeting materials and advertising. A graduate of Purdue University, Munoz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, a graduate certificate in Strategic, Global and Crisis Communications and a Master of Arts degree in Communications, with an emphasis on interpersonal and organizational communication. Member Services and Engagement Manager Delia Murphy In her position with IDA, Murphy oversees member services, membership and affiliates, and communications and public affairs. Prior to joining IDA, Murphy was the Program Specialist at the non-profit scientific foundation International Life Sciences Institute (ILSI) North America, where she provided program and project management for various committees. Murphy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Association Controller Lysa Robinson In her role with IDA, Robinson is responsible for full-charge accounting responsibilities, including financial reporting and analysis. Robinson has over 19 years of progressive expertise related to accounting, financial analysis and auditing. She graduated from Alabama State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Meetings & Expositions Manager Sandy Stevens Stevens has been planning conferences and trade shows for professional and trade associations for more than 26 years. In her role with IDA, Stevens is responsible for planning and executing annual conferences, trade shows and Board of Directors meetings. This includes preparing RFPs, researching hotels and convention centers, negotiating contracts, managing room blocks, managing room sets and food and beverage needs, and developing and maintaining conference budgets, and tracks revenue and expenses.
