Renner Supply of KC Announces Multiple Promotions Renner Supply Garage Doors of Kansas City is pleased to announce four in-house promotions. "We are excited to see our company grow from within," states Denise Dahms, company president. Kelly Meyer, 26 years with Delden and Renner Supply, absorbs the duties of company office manager and scheduler for residential garage door and opener installations. Meyer has extensive experience in Delden and Renner customer service, order configuration and has spent years as Dahms' go to person for project fulfillment. Brandon Shepherd, 17 years with Renner Supply, has been promoted to service manager. Shepherd controls scheduling and dispatch for Renner Supply's growing service and repair department. Shepherd previously worked in commercial garage door installation and commercial garage door service before being promoted to service manager. Steve Moritz, 15 years with Renner Supply, has been promoted to residential sales. Moritz's main area of work is with Kansas City area builders and some retrofit leads. Moritz previously worked in scheduling residential garage door and opener installations. The transition was seamless for Moritz due to his knowledge of each builder and already held communications. Doug Keckler, 17 years with Renner Supply, has been promoted to residential sales and site checks. Keckler handles the sale of electric opener and section replacements as well as complete replacement garage doors. Additionally, Keckler performs site checks for new construction jobs in the Kansas City area. Previously, Keckler worked in residential garage door installations. 68 International Door & Operator Industry™ MOVING UP Service Spring Promotes New International Business Coordinator Shortly after celebrating one year with Service Spring, Joleen Frazier accepted the new role of International Business Coordinator for the company. As international business coordinator, Frazier will be responsible for processing orders for international customers, coordinating and shipping orders and continuing to provide exceptional customer service. Frazier previously worked as a project manager and analyst for 14 years at TLC, a risk management and human resource solutions company for trucking companies. Dynaco Entrematic adds two new Sales Managers in fast-growing South Dynaco Entrematic is pleased to announce the appointment of two new regional sales managers. These new hires will support our strong dealer network to specify and place high performance doors. They will manage large, fast-growing regions of the country, including Texas and the southeast Atlantic coast. Josh Fleming has joined Dynaco Entrematic as the regional sales manager for Texas and Oklahoma. Josh began his sales career in the oilfield business with Haliburton and Baker Hughes. He later moved into a role selling building materials and was recently employed as a regional manager with Senneca Holdings. When not crisscrossing the Lone Star State to meet with dealers and end-users, he enjoys spending time with his family and bicycling the broiling backroads around Amarillo. Troy Bergum has accepted the position of regional sales manager – Southeast. This territory includes all of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and West Virginia. It also includes parts of South Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky and Tennessee. Troy is originally from Wisconsin and currently resides in Charleston, SC. He joins Dynaco with almost 20 years of experience in the loading dock and door industry. He's looking forward to meeting with dealers and end-users in the territory. Josh Fleming Troy Bergum
