MOVING UP 80 International Door & Operator Industryâ„¢ Delden promotes William Dahms to director of operations William "Willy" Dahms has been promoted to director of operations, working in Delden's corporate office in Kansas City, Missouri. Willy began his time with Delden during the summers throughout his teenage years, working fulltime in Delden's Springfield, MO office in 2003 and moved back to Kansas City in 2006. Dahms has worked at various positions including production, installation and garage door sales. Additionally, he was number one in sales for eight consecutive years. Dahms will oversee various aspects in production, sales, service and management. He will be responsible for generating multiple reports with a continuous aim on improving processes and procedures from the corporate level. Entrematic promotes Lambert Entrematic has promoted Richard A. Lambert to commercial sales manager for the company's eastern United States region. He is a native of Jacksonville, Florida, and lives in Statesville, North Carolina. Lambert formerly served as general manager for Entrematic (formerly Amarr Garage Doors) in Winston- Salem, North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he was an assistant manager for Amarr in Columbia, South Carolina and was a general manager for Palmetto Foods, also in Columbia. Lambert and his wife, Dana, have two children. He studied business at the University of South Carolina Haas Door - vice president of sales & business development Paul McManus has joined Haas Door as the vice president of sales & business development. Paul grew up in the garage door business, starting at a young age at his family's dealership Door Boy in New Jersey. He began by cleaning out service vehicles and putting hardware on sections for installers. He moved up in the company, performing many positions from helper to installer, to general manager. The experience he's gained from working in the family business has given him a thorough understanding of the independent garage door dealer. Paul is bringing experiences from a long career in the garage door industry. He has directed sales and/or marketing for companies such as ATL, A-Tech, and SSC. Paul has served on the IDA board of directors for over 12 years and was also recognized with the Jerry Reynolds award in 2018. Custom Equipment appoints Northeast territory manager Custom Equipment, LLC has welcomed Paul Allen as its Northeast U.S. territory manager. Allen will provide support to customers in the Northeast region, where the company has a growing presence. He will focus on continuing the expansion and channel development of Hy-Brid Lifts, Custom Equipment's line of lightweight low-level scissor lifts. Allen has more than 10 years of sales experience selling and renting into the construction industry, including positions at Altec Industries, NES Rentals and most recently Admar Supply Co. Allen has a bachelor's degree in marketing from State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
