Arrow Tru-Line names Thomas Brockley as CEO Arrow Tru-Line announced the hire of Thomas Brockley as its new CEO and president. Brockley brings twenty- five years of experience to the table, with a focus on lean manufacturing, quality improvement and plant operations. Brockley has an MBA from Northwestern University-Kellogg School of management and a degree in electrical engineering. An expert in product development, process improvement, and aftermarket parts operations, Brockley has built his career at companies such as GE, CNH and Eaton. Brockley succeeds Marvin Miller as CEO.
