Starting in September, four affliate organizations are hosting regional educational events. Three of the shows are in September, starting with the Professional Door Association of New England (PDANE) Vendor Tradeshow at the Best Western RoyalPlazaHotel&TradeCenter in Marlborough, Massachusetts on Wednesday, September 11 and Thursday, September 12. The PDANE conference features a golf tournament attheJuniperHillsGolfCourseon Wednesday, followed by an opening reception with vendors and dealers that evening. The Canadian Door Institute (CDI)/ OntarioChapterTradeShow&Seminars take place Thursday, September 12 and Friday, September 13 at the Fallsview CasinoResortinNiagaraFalls,Ontario, Canada. TheNWDOAconferencewillpresent management training classes on Friday and a Friday afternoon opening of the exhibit hall. Saturday's agenda includes technician training classes and more exhibit time. For those of you not located close to one of the educational conferences, check out the Central States Door Dealers Association (CSDDA) website for educational opportunities in Southwest Wisconsin, St. Louis, Northern Illinois, and Central Illinois – www.csdda. com. Another affliate organization that is on the comeback and holding regular meetings is the North East Door Association (NEDA). NEDA advertises that "You choose the topic and we will get the speaker."
