Vinyard Doors, Inc. celebrated
SuperTech Day by stringing up a large
and colorful banner along with multicolored balloons. SuperTechs were
greeted in the company conference
room with mylar balloons displaying
each of their names, decorated gift
bags that included a gift card, an
industryrelatedt-shirt,andaLEDpocket
fashlight. In addition, all were served
a breakfast platter, given a brown bag
lunch, and Thank You notes.
The technicians have a combined
total of more than 75 years experience
working at Vinyard.
The company has celebrated
SuperTech Day for six consecutive
years because they appreciate their
technicians and all the hard work they
do as a team. They think it is great
to have a day set aside to recognize
personnel for their special skills and
accomplishments.
On Trac Garage Door Company
San Bernardino, California
Chuck Colton honored his installers, service
technicians and entire staff by throwing them
a pool party. On Trac celebrated with their
employees and their families at the home of
Chuck and Terry Colton. The youngsters were
treated with an infatable bounce house, and
families enjoyed swimming and "Taco Man"
Mexican cuisine during the luncheon.
