TECHNICAL (continued from page 32) projects. Of course, this would offer up the opportunity and need to better train and educate the feld staff. One would never want to put the cart in front of the horse and promote a new line of business if not set up and trained to do so. If the business is sold to a relative who has worked at the company for any length of time, I doubt if you will see any real drastic changes occur in the base operation of the company. For a fact, this is an easier transition for the employees. The faces primarily stay the same, and subtle changes occur as time goes on, but for the most part I would say it is business as usual. Provide them with reasons to expect improved customer service. To those who have or will soon be letting go, best of luck!
