The moment I walked into the offi ce of Dino Mastantuono, Vice President, I was greeted with not just a warm smile, but a voice of motivation and confi dence. As I met others in the company, I could readily see and hear a group of people who enjoy what they do, support each other as a team, and have been doing so for three generations. The business serves eight Ohio counties from three primary locations: Brooklyn Heights, Mentor, and Stow. To illustrate the talent this company possesses, the four owners of this company have a combined 115 years of experience specializing in doors and operators. Now that's impressive. In total, Action Door operates 70 vehicles and employs 95 personnel. The business was started in 1968 by Shelly Mastantuono's dad, Tony Lorello.
