DOORDEALERDIALOG I asked Dino why he felt that his service and installation personnel had such longevity with Action Door. He noted that some of his techs were in their upper '50's and lower '60's and still working. "We believe in machinery and have approximately eight tow motors and 12 scissor lifts. The scissor lifts help extend a worker's career, makes the job go faster, and let's face it, it is easier on the back," he explained. It is important to note that Action Door is actually comprised of fi ve individual companies – Action Door is the door company (with three locations), Action Controls is responsible for the access and security market, and Action Specialties includes miscellaneous items (Division 10) such as fl ag poles, lockers, and toilet partitions as examples. The company Mission Statement is as follows: "…to be a highly respected, fi nancially sound provider of door products and services. This will be accomplished by our commitment to provide the best in material, workmanship, and customer satisfaction to all we do business. This commitment will challenge us to grow and improve to Continued on page 20 Craig Lorello, Samantha Mastantuono, Shelly Mastantuono, Tony Lorello, Anthony Lorello, Joe Lorello VOLUME 45 ISSUE 4 2012 19
