He told me that although from an operational standpoint he felt the company was superb, he isn't totally satisfi ed. "Organization can always be tweaked," he asserted. When asked about company enhancements, Dino noted that the company now utilizes GPS. The company has approximately 100 cell phones, so the calls from technicians, installers, sales personnel, and managers to the dispatch offi ce were crazy. "Now there is no reason for techs/installers to call dispatch anymore. All communication is on their GPS handheld. It is just one of the many advantages of the GPS," Dino commented. I know that I've stated this before, and I'm sure I'll say it again. However, it is most defi nitely worth repeating. There is a unique quality that permeates the core membership of the International Door Association, and Action Door is an excellent example.
