It was much welcomed news and is greatly appreciated. Keagan is studying for an Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and hopes to work on a business degree at a later date. After graduation, she plans to attend Wilton Cake Decorating classes for advanced cake decorating techniques. She loves creating and decorating cakes, from birthdays to weddings, as well as experimenting with pastry and confections. Keagan hopes one day to own her own bakery and pastry shop that can produce cakes and treats to make people smile. While volunteering at Legal Aid Society, I have underscored the importance to clients, the need to return to school and I let them know that it is not too late; if I can do it at my age with four children, anyone can.
