IDAssurance and Liberty Mutual offers stable and consistent premiums to IDA members, which insulates them from market fl uctuations associated with the construction industry. When the insurance market changes and the premiums increase exponentially, Liberty Mutual will offer premium stability and consistent policy provisions. The policy provisions include: • Completed Operations for Additional Insureds • Blanket Waiver of Subrogation • No Residential Exclusion Over the past 10 years, IDA members have seen increasing insurance premiums with higher deductibles and many more coverage restrictions. In fact, many insureds found, much to their dismay, that they were no longer covered for work actually being performed (this includes not only residential, but tract housing and other exposures). In short, IDA members often experienced rapidly increasing premiums, coverage restrictions, and sometimes, total non-availability of insurance.
