MOVINGUP DBCI Promotes and Hires Roll-up door manufacturer DBCI is pleased to announce that Roc Hughes will assume the company's newly created general manager position. Hughes, who has been instumental in DBCI's growth and proftability, will focus on the company's long-term vision and strategic market position. In the new role, Hughes will continue to work with sales and will also work extensively with marketing, operations, and R&D.; The promotion aligns with DBCI's forward-moving objectives to increase proftable sales, improve service, and further develop sales team capabilities. Roc began his 13-year career in the overhead door industry with DBCI as a district sales manager. He was most recetly Sales Manager, a title he held for the last seven years. His excellent leadership, sales and customer service skills will serve him well in his new position. Roc, a graduate of Southern Tech, is a native of Douglasville. An avid sportsman, he enjoys hunting, fshing and watching Florida State football. Also announced the addition of Jim Smith as its new sales manager. In the new role, Jim will service key accounts, develop new markets and establish strategic partnerships throughout the U.S. He will also support DBCI's outside sales team efforts to maintain world-class customer service to its commercial and self-storage customers. Jim is a graduate of Carl Sandberg College in Galesburg, IL and comes to DBCI with over 23 years of experience in overhead door sales and management. He currently resides in Murfreesboro, TN with his wife, Arlene. They have four children and four grandchildren. DBCI is pleased to announce the addition of Randall Wiggins as General Manager for its new Rocky Mount, NC distribution center. In the new role, Randall will oversee all daily operations of the new facility. Randall joins DBCI with over 40 years of experience in building components and metal buildings. For the past 25 years he served as plant manager for Ceco Building Systems, a sister company of DBCI. He lives in Rocky Mount with Brenda, his wife of 40 years.
