78 International Door & Operator Industry™ MOVINGUP LiftMaster ® Promotes LiftMaster recently appointed Jim McGinley as Director of Field Sales, North America, to further serve its expanding sales group. Since joining the LiftMaster sales team in 2007, McGinley has continuously demonstrated his commitment to building strong, long-lasting relationship with customers. As Director of LiftMaster Field Sales, North America, McGinley handles day- to-day management of the U.S. LiftMaster sales team while also servicing national accounts. In addition, McGinley assists with the planning and development of sales programs as well as serving as the voice of the sales team. McGinley is a recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award. To meet the demand of its growing business, LiftMaster recently promoted Bob Rainey to serve as the Vice President of Field Sales. Having held multiple leadership positions within the LiftMaster sales group, Rainey offers valuable, in-depth experience and knowledge of LiftMaster's extensive product offerings. In his new role, Rainey will oversee LiftMaster's feld sales network, maintain key top-level customer relationships and build strategies to impact the organization's service level and promote sales growth across North America. To further increase brand awareness and build upon key industry relationships, LiftMaster recently enhanced its Marketing Department with two strategic promotions. Both Todd Wilkinson and Irma Diaz have been appointed to new roles to strengthen communication and cultivate a greater demand for LiftMaster products. Todd Wilkinson, Field Manager, Marketing Wilkinson began his career with LiftMaster in 1993 as a Regional Sales Manager, where he increased brand presence by driving awareness of new products and innovations. In his new role as Field Manager, Wilkinson is responsible for driving the national Don't Chance It. Check It.™ garage safety initiative among dealer, distributer, consumer and infuencer markets. Furthermore, he will identify new opportunities for connecting with customers, manage key safety messaging with trade associations and cultivate relationships with strategic industry partners in driving safety awareness. Irma Diaz, Associate Product Manager, Marketing As Associate Product Manager, Diaz is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager by building consumer demand, sales and brand equity as well as optimizing market share, product proftability and market insights. Diaz will also assist with the product portfolio management while supporting the development and commercialization of new products. Holding a Masters of Business Administration from Robert Morris University, Diaz joined LiftMaster in 2012 as Marketing Administrator, CDO and GAS. To ensure that its expanding customer base continues to receive unrivaled service and support, LiftMaster recently promoted several of its key team members who have demonstrated exemplary work. Kimberley Jackson, Supervisor, Inside Sales In her new role as Supervisor, Jackson will be responsible for ensuring excellence in sales-driving activities and overseeing the company's Inside Sales Coordinators. In addition, Jackson will implement and monitor sales initiatives and strategies to achieve key targets, deliver training curriculums and act as a leader and mentor for the Inside Sales group. Frank Qualtier, National Account Manager Since he began his career with LiftMaster in 2008, Qualtier has held positions as a Territory Sales Manager, Inside Sales Coordinator and National Account Representative. In his new role as National Account Manager, Qualtier will be responsible for directing and managing sales and overseeing marketing and business analysis activities for a number of LiftMaster's National OEM accounts. He will also be responsible for contract negotiations, prospecting, employee development, sales forecasting as well as promotional activity planning and implementation. Hörmann High Performance Doors Appoints and Hires Hörmann High Perfor- mance Doors is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Jones as Automotive Sales Direc- tor for North America. Joe is a 30 year veteran in the industry and as spent the last four years as Hörmann's Southeast Regional Sales Manager. Joe brings with him an extensive knowledge of application of high performance doors in the retail automo- tive market. His focus will be 100% on this fast-growing segment of high performance door sales. He will lead Hörmann's regional sales team and distribution network in an aggressive campaign to promote Hörmann's high performance doors designed for the automotive market. Joe, his wife Amy and their family reside in Richmond, VA. Hörmann is also pleased to announce the addition of Jonny Can- non as the Manufacturer's Representative for the South- east Territory (NC, SC, VA and TN). Jonny is a highly accomplished professional in the door industry and has nearly 30 years of experience in the high performance door industry as well as extensive experience in loading dock, safety products, seals & shelters and other traditional door products. Being a former business owner and distribu- tor, as well as serving on various dealer councils during his career, Jonny brings valuable application expertise, business acu- men, relationship skills, competitiveness and determination to the marketplace.
